Surat man wins Rs 3.2 lakh compensation after failed ATM withdrawal of Rs 10,000

A consumer court ordered Bank of Baroda to pay Rs 3.28 lakh compensation for failing to reverse a failed Rs 10,000 ATM withdrawal for nearly nine years. The bank was held liable for not proving the transaction's success, despite the customer's repeated attempts to resolve the issue.
