Sreedharan unveils ₹56,500 crore high-speed rail plan

The Kerala High Speed Rail aims at reducing travel time between Thiruvananthapuram and Kannur to just three hours and 20 minutes. It will cover 465 km with 20 stations, linking key airports and promising to alleviate road congestion while cutting carbon emissions.
