Olympic champion Mikaela Shiffrin ended the 2025-26 Alpine Skiing World Cup season on a historic note. The American star secured her sixth overall Crystal Globe title after finishing 11th in the women’s giant slalom at the World Cup Finals in Lillehammer. Her consistent performances throughout the season helped her collect 1,410 points. This placed her ahead of Germany’s Emma Aicher, who finished second overall with 1,323 points after a crucial final race.
