Turkey says electrical failure reported before Libyan military jet crash

Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya earlier said the aircraft ‍requested an emergency landing while flying over Ankara’s Haymana district, adding that the wreckage was ‍later found near Kesikkavak village in the area
