Punjab to raise per family health cover to Rs 10 lakh from next month

Punjab is set to significantly enhance its healthcare coverage by rolling out the Mukh Mantri Sehat Bima Yojana early next year. This new scheme will provide a substantial Rs 10 lakh health insurance cover to approximately 65 lakh families across the state, a considerable increase from current beneficiaries.
