National Herald case: High Court notice to Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi on ED plea

Delhi High Court has sought responses from Sonia and Rahul Gandhi in the National Herald money laundering case. The court is reviewing an ED plea challenging a trial court's refusal to take cognisance of the charge-sheet. The trial court had cited the absence of an FIR under PMLA as the reason for its decision.
