National Herald case: ED moves Delhi HC against order on Sonia, Rahul Gandhi; trial court refused cognisance

The Enforcement Directorate has appealed to the Delhi High Court after a trial court refused to take cognisance of its prosecution complaint against Sonia and Rahul Gandhi in the National Herald money laundering case.
