North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has said his country will not give up its nuclear weapons and will continue with a hard-line stance, calling South Korea its “most hostile” state and accusing the United States of “state terrorism.” He signalled readiness for either confrontation or dialogue, while talks with Washington remain stalled.
