Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has received an invitation from the Vatican to meet Pope Leo XIV in March, following a state government request. A 16-member delegation, including special representative K V Thomas, was approved for the March 4 audience. However, a final decision on the visit is pending due to the upcoming assembly election dates.
