An IUML rebel has entered the fray in Mankada as an Independent against UDF nominee Manjalamkuzhi Ali, with the CPI(M) candidate expressing willingness to withdraw from the race. The CPI(M) had earlier tried to garner support of ‘disgruntled’ League leaders, but did not meet with much success
