Delhi police head constable kills ED staffer with licensed pistol at wedding

A Delhi Police head constable has been arrested for allegedly shooting dead a 30-year-old Enforcement Department staffer at a wedding in Wazirabad. The victim was allegedly targeted by the constable due to a prior dispute. Two relatives of the accused have also been apprehended.
