Court suspends sentence of former MLA Antony Raju in evidence tampering case

The former legislator and K.S. Jose, a court clerk, were both found guilty of causing the disappearance of evidence, forgery and fabricating false evidence that had resulted in the acquittal of an Australian national who was arrested from Thiruvananthapuram International Airport in 1990 with possession of ganja.
