European aviation safety regulators suspended Indian charter firm VSR Ventures' authorization over a year ago due to a serious safety finding. This followed the company's repeated failure to provide crucial documents concerning a September 2023 Learjet crash. Despite a recent fatal crash involving another VSR Learjet, the operator has not cooperated with safety investigations.
