Central govt. gives the green light for multi-modal, IT SEZs in Puducherry

The multi-modal special economic zone will come up on 750-odd acres at Sedarapet-Karasur villages. It will be developed at an investment of ₹2,500 crore. The IT SEZ will be established on 21.30 acres at Thattanchavady. Around ₹1,250 crore in investment is expected for this project
